Chapter One / A letter arrives
It begins in the mailbox.
One day, an envelope arrives in the mail. Antique parchment. A red wax seal, impressed with Santa’s distinctive crest. And the names of your children, written just for them.
Inside is an invitation from Santa Claus himself—inviting your child to come and see him, his sleigh, and two real reindeer at Lone Summit Ranch.
Long before the visit, the magic has already begun.
A personalized, mailed Santa invitation is included with every reservation—even the experience-only option. The envelope and seal shown are a design concept; the physical invitation will follow the same look.

Will our family really receive a letter from Santa?
Yes. Each family will receive a personalized invitation from Santa in the mail before the visit, using the names and mailing details provided after booking. Mailing dates and the final envelope design will be confirmed with your reservation.
Is the Santa in the photographs the one we'll meet?
The photographs in our Meet Our Santa section show the Santa joining us for BELIEVE 2026. The other experience photographs show an earlier Kay Web Photography Christmas experience with a different Santa. BELIEVE 2026 takes place at Lone Summit Ranch, not the locations pictured.
How does Santa know something about my child?
After booking, we'll invite you to share a few optional details—such as favorite things, Christmas wishes, or a proud moment—so Santa can personalize their conversation.
How long is the visit?
Approximately 15 private minutes for your family, with time for conversation, Santa's reindeer, and photographs. Please arrive when instructed so the experience stays relaxed for every family.
How many family members may attend?
Each BELIEVE reservation is limited to five family members total, including adults and children. Families of six or more must book two consecutive reservations so everyone has time with Santa and his reindeer.
May we bring cameras or use our phones for pictures?
No. Outside cameras, camera phones, and personal video recording are not permitted during your BELIEVE visit. We want you to be fully in the moment with your children, so Kay Web Photography will capture the experience for you.
Can I reserve the experience without buying portraits?
Yes. The Private Visit is $350 and includes the visit, mailed invitation, professional photography, and an in-person portrait viewing appointment afterward. Includes a $100 credit toward Signature Wall Portraits or Mounted Wall Portraits. Finished artwork and digital photographs are available separately, with no additional purchase required.
How will we see our photographs afterward?
After your BELIEVE experience, every family will come in for a personal portrait viewing appointment—including families who choose just The Private Visit. We’ll enjoy your photographs together and select any portraits included in your collection. Additional artwork, keepsakes, and à la carte products will also be available to purchase. Any additional purchase is entirely optional.
